AP시험 정보
AP 시험이란 Advanced Placement을 뜻하며, 고등학생들에게 대학 레벨의 수업을 제공하고 매년 5월 전세계적으로 실시되는 시험을 통해 학생들이 대학의 학점을 취득할 수 있도록 하는 제도입니다.
AP 시험 혜택
1) 학점 우선 취득
AP 시험에서 4~5점의 성적을 획득한 학생들은 대학 입학 후에 학점으로 인정을 받을 수 있습니다.
2) 대학입학 가산점
AP 시험에서 좋은 성적을 거두면 학생의 학습능력에 대한 신뢰를 대학에 심어줄 수 있습니다. AP 시험을 통해 본인의 academic level을 입증하는 것은 대학 입학 시 가산점으로 작용할 수 있습니다.
